1. No Pornography whatsoever, if anyone is found posting porn the post will be removed and the member banned.

2. No Swearing, most swear words will be censored anyway but please refrain from swearing as there may be youngsters viewing the forum

3. Please do not cut and paste articles onto the forum, a link is much tidier and won't slow down the server.
